most grocery stores carry coconut milk, but not this brand (for me locally). the ingredients are clean and simple in this brand. love it.
use it as a dairy substitute in recipes or coffee creamer. keep a can in the fridge, open it up and scoop up the cream! use that yumminess on fresh berries or warmed on granola.
Aw man! This stuff is awesome in curries OR!! As a vegan way to make mashed potatoes!

Rich flavor, I use it to make coconut rice. You can use any type of rice and boil it in coconut milk instead of water to get coconut flavored rice, yummy. I like the fact that it doesn't have too many preservatives.
My local store kept running out of this brand of coconut milk (it's the only kind I buy) so I decided to look online. This was my first purchase at well.ca and now every purchase here includes a few cans :) Great stuff!

I always buy the Premium, and then thin it down with water as/if needed. Usually I'll put the full can in a blender, whip it until creamy and frothy, then store in the fridge for the next few days. It stays pretty thick like whipped cream. Delightful and delicious!

By far the best coconut milk you can get out there if you are looking for super rich and creamy milk! Perfect for vegan deserts, stir-fry, or as a non-dairy alternative.
Love this product -- it makes the MOST DELICIOUS coconut whipped cream! (Just put the can in the fridge overnight. The next day, open the can at the bottom and drain away the water (which can be added to a smoothie if you'd like.) All the coconut cream will be in the top of the can. Spoon the cream into a dish and whip it with an electric mixer. When it is the consistency that you'd like, mix in 4 teaspoons of maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mmmmmmmm -- it's heavenly!! You must use this full-fat version of the Thai kitchen coconut milk, not the lite version.) Like Selena recommended below: Please make it a bpa free can.

This is a nice, full-fat coconut milk. It is great for baking, making curries and soups, or having in coffee or tea. I especially like this product because it has no preservatives, unlike most coconut milks that I have found.
