Love this coconut milk. It's not available in the local grocery store and with no transportation to a city, I am thrilled that carries it. I'm sensitive to dairy, so use it fora ll my baking, make my own ice cream and whipped cream with it. Most other coconut milks aren't thick enough and many have a lot of additives. For whipped cream, don't shake or stir it. Use only the solids and beat in an electric mixer until you get the right consistency. The lite version won't work so only use the original 'full fat' coconut milk.

Love the creaminess and the flavor . It's the best coconut milk I have found without a long list of additives. It makes great whipped cream, smoothies and can be used in place of milk in any recipe.

most grocery stores carry coconut milk, but not this brand (for me locally). the ingredients are clean and simple in this brand. love it.
use it as a dairy substitute in recipes or coffee creamer. keep a can in the fridge, open it up and scoop up the cream! use that yumminess on fresh berries or warmed on granola.
