The Ordinary Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% is a high-strength, oil-solubilized Vitamin C derivative in Vitamin F. Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant that helps to brighten the skin tone and reduce signs of aging. Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate is an oil-soluble derivative of Vitamin C that can be used in higher concentrations without drawbacks. It is one of the most stable derivatives of Vitamin C but, being a derivative, its potency will not be directly comparable to pure L-Ascorbic Acid. It is provided in this oil-format formula in combination with Vitamin F, also known as essential fatty acids. Aside from the general benefits of pure Vitamin C, Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmiate has been shown to offer skin brightening benefits.

Directions: Apply a few drops to the entire face in the AM and/or PM.

Interesting texture
I have been using this serum for a few weeks now and I do like it. It doesn't sting or burn, has a very runny yet oily texture when massaging it in but it absorbs very quickly into the skin and gives it an interesting feeling. I quite like it, my skin is looking healthy and will definitely continue using it.

Works for my sensitive skin
This product feels super light on. Works for my sensitive, damaged skin. I had 2nd degree frostbite on my face and this product has helped lighten the hyperpigmentation. I spend my summers at the lake and have found this product to be soothing as well.

My go to for clear, smooth glowing skin!
I use this almost every morning and night. It mixes well with every serum I've tried mixing it with! I mix it in to make thicker serums spread better and so I can use less of them, that way making them go further! I get bumpy rashy breakouts on my upper chest and neck and this gets rid of them in a day or two! LOVE THIS!! I just wish it came in the larger size!

Great!
Decided to try this product after no longer noticing any difference from using the Ordinary’s Buffet serum. I love it! Quite quickly I noticed a difference in my skin’s texture making it much more even.
