The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + HA 2% is a high-strength Lactic Acid superficial peeling formulation. Lactic Acid is an alpha hydroxyl acid that exfoliates the skin. This 10% formulation offers mild exfoliation and is supported with purified Tasmanian Pepperberry, which can help to reduce signs of inflammation and sensitivity that is often associated with exfoliation.
Directions: Apply once per day, ideally in the PM. Can be diluted with other treatments to reduce strength until skin develops tolerance. Avoid contact with eyes. Contact of the product with skin must be of limited frequency or duration. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a physician.

My favourite face product
This is my must have item! I have very oily acne prone skin and that is also dry as well. Before doing my makeup I would manually exfoliate my skin and then put cream on but my face would always stay oily and dry. This product is an absolute game changer if you have skin like mine! My face is so soft! It’s not dry at all and does not get oily! It has completely changed my confidence!

Good price but...
I am used to various acids in varying strengths, so I had no issues with burning. In fact, i do not even feel anything with this one, i felt more tingle with this brands toner. The consistency is runny like water. In order to not lose product because of this, I apply the dropper directly to areas of my face. Not sure if I will repurchase this serum.

Perfect for my skin
I’ve been searching for an exfoliant, particularly a chemical exfoliant as physical exfoliants aren’t as beneficial for my skin concerns. I enjoy Well.ca’s pricing because The Ordinary’s products seem to be inflated on other websites. It is a perfect exfoliant for me, and I love all of The Ordinary’s products. Simple and effective!

I have been breaking out since I was in elementary school, but this seems to be clearing me up! I use it at night on alternating days with The OrdinaryâÂÂs Retinol 1% in Squalane, and my breakouts are finally starting to calm down, even the nasty recent one on my neck. These two are my faves.

Excellent product
This product is great, I could feel the results right away. I have been using it for a good 10 months, I use it before heading to bed and I wait a few minutes and I add my night cream. My friends have even told me that they notice my skin brighter!

Love it!
I have very sensitive skin....especially when it comes to rubbing of my face. This product helps with exfoliating without having to rub! It was a little strong so I tend to use it only once or twice a week.

Love this product
Literally after a couple of uses I noticed a difference in my skin. My pores were smaller and even pimples I had were almost gone. I love this for a chemical exfoliant that is not too harsh.
