Recommended Dosage: Adult Females (19 years and older): Take one speckled tablet, one white tablet and one softgel per day, with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Tablets and softgel can be taken together or separately.

Folate, prenatal supplement: 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.
