Strange gelatenous texture
Terrible thick and gooey gelatenous texture, and if you add more water to make the mix actually pourable they do not cook through at all! Super weird and would love to know what makes them so gelatin like. The recommended portion of 1 cup of mix to 1/2 cup water does not work at all and just forms a thick paste. Very bizzarre. Waste of money and also took forever to get to me! Have not tried the mix for waffles yet but the pancakes did not work! Had to throw thwm out. I will stick to Flourish Protein as they are much better consistency and taste and texture.
