First of all, for a gluten-free product, I really expected this to be a few biscotti and mostly a bag of air. Wow, was I ever wrong!! Compared to the wheat biscotti my husband buys for himself, these Tutti biscotti are a way better deal! Apart from that, I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the flavour as much as I did, but I really dislike the grittiness. I understand this reason though. As someone who has baked with rice flour a lot, this is par for the course. I also wish there were more almonds, but I also understand why there aren't more too. They cause the biscotti to fall apart when you slice them (I've tried making gluten-free biscotti myself several times and they were all fails). But maybe crush the almonds a bit more? That being said, they were much better than I was expecting and the price point is amazing for the amount you get. I will continue to purchase them, and hope they have more flavours to try inbthe future!
