Very nice microfoam
As a hobbyist home barista, I've been using two of the big-brand barista oat milks for years. Lately, I've noticed inconsistency in their quality, so when I saw Two Bears Barista Oat Milk on the shelf, I decided to give it a shot.
I did have to adjust my steaming technique slightly, but after a few tries, this oat milk produced a really nice microfoam and poured beautifully for latte art.
Some reviews mention that it doesn’t foam well, but I’d say don’t expect the thick, airy foam of traditional Italian-style cappuccinos. Instead, it creates a silky, smooth foam—exactly what I look for when practicing latte art.

Disappointed with zero foam
Flavor is amazing but Definitely not barista friendly. Produced absolutely zero foam with my Nespresso Aeroccino 3 frother. I emailed the company and this was part of the response I received:
“Sorry to hear you are having trouble foaming our barista oat milk.
I understand your frustration and we are developing a easier to use oat milk that will work with an air frother. Currently our barista oat milk is designed to work with steam and is used by many cafes across the country.
Keep an eye out for our creamy and smooth oat milk that will be launching soon!”
Perhaps they should’ve emphasized that fact on the package because this definitely wasn’t the first time it has happened. I only paid 5 bucks for this product so did not expect much in terms of replacement or compensation- however will not be purchasing again.

BEST milk ever!
If I could rate this product 10 stars, I would - it is fantastic! It has a great texture (not watery or gelatinous some plant based milks) ...creamy & delicious.

Doesn’t Become Frothy

Not for me
Oat milk is generally my go-to for plant-based milks, but I'm also kind of picky with which ones I like. Some are too sweet, some are water-y, some taste like Play-Doh and aren't pleasant to drink. Consistency-wise and in coffee, it's not bad! On it's own, I find this one tastes kind of like Play-Doh. Not as pronounced as other unsweetened brands, but I honestly don't think I'm going to get through the carton. YMMV!
