This early spring harvest yields all the benefits of matcha plus a
delightfully smooth character. This matcha is harvested and produced
from early spring buds and tender young tea leaves. Two Hill's matcha tea
plants are grown in partial sunlight (i.e. they are covered with a
canopy) a few weeks each spring, boosting the amount of clorophyl in the
leaves; hence the very high concentration of anti-oxidants.

Excellent Matcha Lattes
I read so many reviews trying to find a matcha to replace the (delicious but expensive) superfood Matcha Latte blend I had grown to love. This is the one I landed on after much research and I am SO happy with it. It mixes very well, has a nice smooth flavour but is strong enough for my lattes. I’m also very happy with the value for the size bag I received. I use 1/2 TBSP in my 20 oz latte with oat milk and based on how much I’ve used in the past month, estimate the bag will last me 3 months, maybe more. I was worried about bitterness in choosing a Matcha, but this one is not bitter in my latte. Will buy again.

Nice for matcha lattes...
This is a nice matcha to use in lattes or smoothies. It blends well and isn't chalky. I drink it unsweetened, and it's not bitter. The bag is small, but a little goes a long way with matcha green tea powder.

Awesome
I have bought thismultiple times as this is my Matcha brand of choice. It does not clump when I add hot water. No added sugar lets me add the amount of sweetener that I like.
