Did not work
I have a head cold with sinus congestion, running nose and headache. I took a tablet at 5pm. It is now 9pm and I had no relief from my symptoms. I ran out of sinutab yesterday (which brought me relief with 1 tab for 6 hours) and trusted a Tylenol "sinus" product would be just as effective. It was not. Product was not expired. I'm actually very surprised and disappointed. I won't purchase this again.

Tylonal sinus extra strength
I purchased a tylenol name because i thought it would be much better than the ibuprofen for cold and sinus. Woke up this morning with a massive sinus headache took two pills at 9:00 a.m. and my headache is still not gone it is now 2pm

Why are both pills green?
Both the day and night pills are green. How could tylenol not see a possible problem with this? Especially when all the rest of their night pills are blue. Accidentally took the night time pills and had a bad reaction. I had to call in to work and embarrassingly explain that I took the night pills and could hardly keep my eyes open, and that it certainly wasnt safe for me to drive to work. Cost me a days wages. I'm still furious about this.

1:30 later and still waiting for them to kick in
Bought these instead of home store brand thinking the brand name Tylenol would ensure better relief. I took these and hour and half ago and nothing has changed. I chose extra strength thinking it would be even more effective but no, still clogged up, can't breathe and still have sinus pressure and pain. Waste of extra money spent on the Tylenol name.

Didn’t do anything
I took this for my sinus pain and pressure and stuffy nose. It didn’t do a single thing for me. I felt the same if not worse after I took it. I was left with no relief and I wasted my money. I would have been better off just not taking anything. Really disappointed in this product.

No Relief
I got this product because I have a ton of sinus pressure and needed something to get me on the mend....24 hours later I felt worse with no relief from the pressure or the runny nose.
