Fantastic product. Its not acidic or basic. Perfect flavour. I can't find dutch cocoa brand but this is the next best thing

The best cocoa powder
This is the only valrhona cocoa that I ever used. It is consistently the best cocoa for making chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Other cocoa powders do not come close to the dark colour or full flavour that Valrhona provides. I think it is worth the premium price.
