Just switched from bovine collagen to this one. It does not dissolve as well in cold water but does dissolve fine in hot water.

Dissolves well, minimal taste
I added this to my coffee and there's no difference in taste. The product is pretty expensive though.
I also want to add that this product is not vegetarian and is derived from whitefish. Just thought I should mention because of an earlier review.

No taste
It is perfect for my mornig coffee as it doesn't have any flaviour. I have been using this product for 6 months now and I will continue.
