Walkers Stem Ginger Biscuits

Walkers Stem Ginger Shortbread is the perfect balance of sugar and spice. These stem ginger shortbread cookies are made using the same baking technique created by their founder – Joseph Walker – over 100 years ago.

These luxury biscuits are baked in the secluded village of Aberlour, Speyside, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. They are produced to a traditional recipe to which we have added liberal amounts of succulent stem ginger. Walkers personally guarantee that this product is made using only the finest ingredients possible to obtain and contains no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives  

Ingredients: Wheat flour, vegetable oils, sugar, crystallized stem ginger (stem ginger, sugar), golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup), oats, skimmed milk powder, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium pyrophosphate; ground giner, salt
