My go-to
These are my go-to brand for B-12. The blend is great. I can tell that the B-12 is working the day I take it. And after about a month I start to notice hair/nail growth from the biotin and my skin is brighter from the niacin! Sometimes you never know if a supplement is truly working but this one I can trust!
