This has a significant amount of EPA and DHA in 1 dose (1 tsp). It tastes good but sometimes the taste varies if not shaken enough before you take it.

Delicious!
The Lemon Cake flavour is my favourite of the Omega-3’s flavoured from any brand, but with Webber Naturals I like supporting Canadians! My day is cheered a little more by a spoonful of this yumminess, at the same time as taking it as part of my regimen for issues of extreme inflammation and high cholesterol.
