Directions: Recommended dosage (adults): At or before bedtime, 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician. Jet lag: Take while traveling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern.

Consult a physician prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, diabetes, low blood sugar, migraine, depression, and/or related diseases. Stop use and consult a physician if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have scleroderma.
