Recommended dosage (adults): Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Anti-nausea & jet lag (adults): 2 tablets once daily at bedtime or 30 minutes before travel (anti-nausea) or 1 hour prior to surgery (post-operative nausea) or while travelling at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern (jet lag),or as directed by a physician. Jet lag: For occasional short term use. Menstrual pain/cramping (adults): 3 tablets once daily at bedtime or as directed by a physician. Take 2 days before menses and during days 1 to 3 of menses. All uses except jet lag, anti-nausea & menstrual pain/cramping (adults): 2 tablets once daily at bedtime or as directed by a physician. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.
Each tablet contains:
Organic Ginger Extract 25:1
(Zingiber officinale) (rhizome) 20 mg
(Equivalent to 500 mg Ginger)
Gingerols (5%) 1 mg
Melatonin (non-animal source) 3 mg
Free of artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners;

Sleep restriction, altered sleep schedule, delayed sleep phase disorder, sleep-wake cycle: Consult your physician if symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). All uses: Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
