works great for me!
I was looking for something that would help me sleep better that did not contain melatonin, as I am trying to not use it nightly anymore and this product may be it for me! I take 2 capsules at night, shortly before going to bed, and it has helped me fall asleep faster and deeper. I may still wake up during the night, but I don't toss and turn like I used to before and I feel the quality of my sleep is better than what it was before. It does not sedate me, of course, it just makes me feel relaxed enough that I can actually have a nice sleep. I will continue to buy this!

Helps with stress management and sleep!
I have been taking this for over a month and feel a real difference in my level of stress/patience with my kids (which I needed, Lol) and also my sleep! I had been consistently waking at 3am and had not been able to get back to sleep, which was terrible. When I am consistently taking this Ashwaganda I wake for only a moment and get back to sleep fast. (I did forget for a week and the issue came back!) Love this product!

Needs to go back to old lid.
Great product have used for years but new lid/cap is cheap and doesn't last till the pills are used up. Second bottle now lid has fallen apart.
