Worth the Money
I debated buying this razor for months (I was worried that I wouldn't like it after spending quite a bit on the cost upfront). I just used it for the first time and I'm seriously impressed! It gives you a really close shave with no razor burn - and no cuts! (I used it with a bar of almond soap and am planning to try oil next). It's beautifully made and comes with clear instructions for assembly. Also, if you've never seen old school razor blades before (I hadn't) they're actually quite delicate and not as intimidating as I'd imagined. Really looking forward an affordable and plastic-free shaving experience from now on! Shipping was very fast from Well.ca, as always.

This is my first time trying a safety razor and I really like it. It does take longer to shave than with a regular razor, but it leaves a very close cut and I like that it's plastic-free and actually much more economical!

Broke after one use.
The metal treaded part to detach the head snapped in half and is now completely useless after one use. This is my second one to break now. Not worth the investment if this product can't withstand a single drop without being rendered useless.

A year later, still nicks and razor burn
I’ve tried so hard to love this… the concept is great, but every dang time my legs are covered in nicks and razor burn. Doesn’t matter if I’m taking my time, sitting down, exfoliating, using a new blade, using different types of lotion or cream. So disappointed, because this is a nice economical and less wasteful option

good alternative to disposable
this is not the same as a disposable razor, but it works great! It takes a little time to get use to using a safety razor but the results can be just as good as a 5 blade disposable. I've Had mine over a year and the bottom of the handle is starting to chip but that's due to how I store it.
It's also much cheaper in the long run.
