Recommended Dosage: For occasional use. Shake well before use. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Talk with your doctor before use if your child is taking medicine or is under a doctor’s care for a medical condition. Take only as directed. Children (2-12 years): Take 1 tsp. (5 m L) 2 times per day. Take as needed, and do not exceed 2 doses per 24 hours.

These could be signs of a serious condition. Known adverse reactions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
