AOR’s vegan vitamin D3 is sustainably sourced from lichen and not from the commonly used oil from sheep’s wool. It is rapidly converted in the body to the active hormone 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol, and helps in the development and maintenance of bones and the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus.

Excellent product
I decided to up my dose of D3 this winter, in rainy BC, and this product is the best I've used, I can tell it's helping keep my mood up! I've been taking 5,000IU per day, and might even go higher.

I was first frustrated because it was little bit late, but once I called them they showed a big care and the package was really packaged with care and love,,,,

Honestly the most Superior Vit D
Been using this for years. It is superior to any other vitamin D I've tried, and I've tried a lot. Tastes great, basically has no taste, it is somewhat oily which I don't think is a bad thing. When I've had a cold, I notice that this Vit D has made a huge difference compared to others. Happy that Well carries this high quality product.
