Not for yoga mats
I bought this for my yoga mat as the description has it as an example to use it for this purpose. This spray left a slippery residue, making my mat dangerous. To get the product off my mat, I had to put it in the shower and spray it down.

Great scent and does not give me a headache.
I have been buying this brand of all purpose cleaner for a few years now. It is great for cleaning countertop, stove top and even for cleaning up spills on my hardwood floors.
