Boiron Arnicare Gel is a topical gel for muscle & joint pain, bruising & swelling providing a cooling effect.

Directions: Adults and children from 3 years old: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel on the affected area as soon as possible. Massage gently until complete penetration. Repeat up to 3 times a day or as recommended by a health care practitioner. For external use only; do not apply to the mucus membranes, the eyes, a oozing dermatosis, an infected lesion or a wound.

Worked like a miracle for me!
I twisted my ankle, it was very swollen and bruised, after only one application of Arnicare gel, most of the bruising disappeared and the swelling went down considerably.

Great product
I have used this for years, and happy to find a value pack. I use it on sore muscles and joints regularly. Was told about Arnicare from a nurse, who recommended to use it after surgery ... healed quickly, scar is barely visible!

Helpful for bruising and joint and bone pain
I bought this for my mom after she fell and ended up with a huge bruise that was taking a long time to go away. This really seemed to help with pain and help clear up the bruise. My dad now also uses this for joint pain and has found it immensely helpful. Would recommend if your parents are older and are having some aches and pains or are worried minor injuries aren't healing as fast.
