Buckley's Nighttime Complete Extra Strength Syrup

Nighttime Complete Extra Strength is specifically formulated for nighttime use. It effectively provides comprehensive relief of cold & flu symptoms such as dry cough, sore throat pain, nasal congestion, sneezing & runny nose, itchy & watery eyes, minor body aches & pain, fever & chills, and headache to let you rest. For medicinal ingredients, each teaspoon or 5mL contains 500 mg acetaminophen for reducing fever and relieving aches and pain associated with colds and flu. It also contains 10 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide to suppress your cough, 20 mg menthol to relieve nasal congestion, and 2 mg chlorpheniramine maleate to relieve sneezing & runny nose, itchy & watery eyes. 

Formulated for adults and children 12 years and over, take 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 6 hours (maximum of 40 mL in 24 hours). Do not take more than directed and if preferred, it can be mixed with equal parts honey. This is not a standard dosage unit, take only on the advice of a doctor. Liver warning: Acetaminophen may cause severe or possibly fatal liver damage if you take: More than the recommended dose in 24 hours. With other drugs containing acetaminophen. While drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day.
Symptoms of liver damage may include yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, unusual tiredness, and loss of appetite. Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters, rash. If any of these symptoms occur, stop use and seek medical help right away.
Do not use With any other drug containing acetaminophen or other cough and cold medication. If you are allergic to acetaminophen or other ingredients in this product. If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist. With a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (drugs for depression or ParkinsonՒs disease) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you Have A persistent cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema. A cough with excessive phlegm. Difficulty breathing or other chronic lung conditions. These could be signs of a serious condition. Liver or kidney disease. Difficulty urinating. Glaucoma. Take-Blood thinning drug warfarin, sedatives or tranquilizers. Are- Pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product Drowsiness may occur. Alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness. Avoid alcoholic drinks. Excitability may occur, especially in children. Stop use and ask a doctor if Pain lasts more than 5 days. Fever lasts more than 3 days. Sore throat pain lasts for more than 2 days. Symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days. Cough is accompanied by a high fever (>38 c) or a headache that does not go away. You develop a rash. You cough up thick yellow or green mucus. Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child.
