We absolutely love this product, and buy 4 bottles at a time! I don't react well to soy, but eliminating Asian cooking isn't an option for our family. This makes a fantastic sub for traditional soy sauce or even Tamari. Also love that it's much less salty, so I can control the flavour of my cooking more.

Love this stuff and have converted many people from soy sauce . I started because of following a no sugar eating plan but this is now a staple in my kitchen . I used to think sushi made me feel sick it was the soy sauce. Not enough emphasis is given to the fact that it’s so low in sodium as well as being soy and sugar free . Just bought 3 Bottles!

I recommend it if you don't want to use soy sauce. The taste is milder and not as salty as soy sauce.
