Directions: Adults and children 2 years and older: Add 2 sticks to a beverage or food, 1-3 times a day (max. of 6 sticks/day).

• To help reduce CDAD, take 2 sticks, 2-3 times a day.
• In all cases, if you are on antifugual(s), take at leat 2-3 hours before or after. Can be taken at the same time as antibiotics.
