Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take 2 capsules daily.

Medicinal ingredients: (per 1 capsule)
Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera, dried root) – 400 mg (4:1, QCE* 1,600 mg)
L-Theanine – 100 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate.
