Expensive brown rice
I used this for a couple months... After seeing a few YT videos about how mushroom supplements have 'changed people's lives' I wondered why I felt ZERO effects from these and no apparent change in my health... Then I realized I duped into buying 'myceliated brown rice' there's no actual mushroom fruiting bodies used in these (even tho mushrooms are pictured on the bottle). Anyway... I now use only brands that only use fruiting bodies with NO FILLER, I noticed a huge difference right away... Please don't trust these supplements to increase your immune system.

Effective as advertised!
I have used this product for 3 years and have not got my usual terrible cold lasting weeks in the winter.

Quality Product
Haven't seen any noticeable improvement in health, although its hard to tell with immune system function. I was impressed with an interview about mushroom products on JRE with Paul Stamets whose company produces Host Defense products.
