Been using for almost 2 months. Hair is noticeably better-looking lately, looking smoother and full-bodied. No effect on regrowth or rate of hair loss, but I feel better about it overall. Not sure if that's due to the biotin, the coconut oil, or the combo.

I have been using this for over two years now and my hair is healthy. You know your hair is doing well when you to the hair salon and they are like wow, your hair is really healthy.
