Great Product! I take it to help with my skin.
Great vegetarian formula! Arrived quickly. Just make sure to take with food like the bottle says ... I thought that maybe I could take it 20/30 min after i ate but that was a big mistake..

Makes Me Nauseaous
I love and trust NOW brand, but zinc gluconate makes me nauseous. Even half a tablet with food causes nausea for me. I found that zinc picolinate does not cause nausea and NOW makes it as well.
