Can be used while lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, exercising and repetitive bending or twisting. The Back Belt comes in four sizes and is adjustable to meet your specific level of support. Elastic side panels and a mesh back allows for your back to breathe while you move.

Fits perfectly to the size range you ordered. Adjustable to your correct size. Not noticeable under loose fitting clothing. Well priced and good value. I use every day for my two mile walk.
