Rated 4 out of 5 by Wellshopper from Best I've been able to find thus far I've been giving magnesium to my son to help with his ADHD and anxiety. I first tried a powdered mix from another popular brand, only to discover it consisted of the wrong type of magnesium despite what their brand name suggests. Then I tried another brand in a powdered drink mix, correct type of magnesium, but it was so time consuming to disolve the powder in boiling water (we used our espresso machine to get hot water, which was fast). On top of that, the taste was so horrible that my son had to down it like a shot. This one is a quick pour and your done. He still drinks it like a shot, but he says the taste isn't nearly as bad. Plus, based on my research, the liquid form is most easily absorbed into your body. I just wish it was less expensive! I'd like to give it to my daughter as well...actually all of us, but it gets crazy expensive to buy one bottle a month for just one person in a family of four! I don't know if it's working for his anxiety or not because we are also giving him something else from the same company, but he has been more calm lately. Either way, it can't hurt. Fingers crossed it's helping!
