deceptive labeling
There is virtually no amount of activated charcoal in those capsules. charcoal is black, not white. Instead of getting 200mg typical for a capsule, you get 200 x 10^-8 = 0.000002 mg which is not going to capture very much of anything in your body

First aid kit must have
A staple in my house. Drug reactions, hangover, food allergies and more. Safe for pets and people but use caution if you're on medications. A drug detoxifier for decades in hospitals. Gotta have it in my first aid kit.
