Works really well.
I have a very sensitive scalp and was suffering from constant itching and redness, as well as several spots that were scaly and flaking. I even seemed to be losing hair! After just 3 washes with this shampoo my scalp feels so much better. The redness and itching are gone and the flakes are just about gone.
I had used this shampoo before and then tried going back to other shampoos, but I always go back to this as the irritation returns. I really like the mild herbal scent as I am very sensitive to scent and this is not overwhelming. It is gentle enough for regular use and I only use the same conditioner occasionally.

Dried out my hair
I was very optimistic when I bought this product given all the positive reviews online and the fact that it's natural; however, it did not work for me at all. I have short curly hair (2C curls). Since the first use, I could instantly feel it in the shower, it dried out my hair. I gave it more of a chance, since sometimes the shampoo may need more time to make a difference, but I've been using it for a bit more than 2 weeks, and I also don't feel like my dandruff is any better. If anything, the dandruff is actually worse, I feel a buildup of dandruff on my scalp, my scalp smells weird, and it's causing itchiness. For reference, I wash my hair approximately every other day.

I have been using it for years. It is the only shampoo that got rid of a very bad seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. Not scaly or itchy scalp anymore and no hair loss. Highly recommend- I hope they do not stop making this shampoo.

Amazing
It’s the only dandruff shampoo that has worked for me. It takes a few uses to get rid of the dandruff. I do find I have to keep using it regularly.
