Should contents become exposed to skin or eyes, flood with water and contact a physician. For external use only. Individuals with diabetes, or circulatory problems should consult a physician before using this product. Adult supervision is recommended if used by a child. Do not puncture bag. Do not attempt to re-use Instant Cold Compress by freezing it as frostbite may occur. Store at room temperature, away from heat or open flame. Do not use if pack is punctured or damaged. Discard after using. Do not sit or lean on pack. Do not apply to open wounds. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes.
