- Bring 250 mL of fresh, filtered water to boil (about 100°C)
- Pour water over the filterbag in the cup
- Sit tight for 5 minutes until steeping is done. Delicious tea is on the way.

This camomile tea hss helped me alot during a period of my life where sleeping early was one of the most impossible mission for me and my husband after a long summer vacation and staying up late for hours till morning sometimes all of our sleeping routine was messed up. We started taking this beautiful relaxing tea every evening after dinner and we really were enjoying the taste and the time together knowing that wr are going to have a good relaxing sleepy night .
I really recommend it . It is good for stress and sleepless nights at least it worked for me .

I am not a regular tea drinker but a friend recommended this brand of Chamomile Tea to me. I had an upset stomach and made a cup of this. It was amazing. It really helped to calm my stomach down and I enjoyed the taste of it very much. It was not at all bitter tasting and left no after taste the way that I normally found teas to be. There was the slightest hint of apple in the taste. I have not tried any of the other flavors but I have purchased this particular one several times. I would recommend this to any one that wants a nice calm and relaxing hot beverage that will not keep you awake at night.

Iam a lady with 2 kids and having 2 kids needs so much work and stress so I come to the end of the day so nervous and tired so I always look fo a tea to calm me down when I have 2 hours by my self after the kids go to bed , and this calm cammamolie tea did the job , I enjoy every sip of it , it makes me relax and calm down it feels so good after having a cup of it , I always drink it to calm down after a stressful day and it helps a lot , and don’t forget about how tasty it is , it’s sooo delicious , I do really recommend it to all my friends and family

I have bought a few pkgs since then because I really enjoyed how drinking it helped me feel.... while drinking, my body and mind seem to natural calm down, and helped me relax and fall asleep.
The tea has a nice, natural chamomile flavor, and best of all there is no caffeine.
I would recommend this herbal tea for people to try if they need a little help in the evening to calm the mind, and a bit of help to fall asleep.

Imagine this...cuppa in hand, Tazo Calm Chamomile, warming my hands as I enjoy a quiet moment at sunset on my patio. My fragrant Tazo tea wafts around a spring scented breeze off the lake. I put the weary day away and settle in for one of the most enjoyable moments in my day. Tazo Calm Chamomile does what it says and it’s been my saviour at the end of the day for as long as I can remember. My counter is never empty of my Tazo tea collection and I’m proud to share my vice with family and friends alike. I encourage my girlfriends to buy and enjoy Tazo as much as I do!

I'm not usually big on anything chamomile because of its taste, but this one brand is different. No after taste, and long lasting. It actually helps you when your sick, or need something to help you fall asleep. Not sure what exactly it has in it but I am number 1 fan for it. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for something that actually tastes good with no after taste, reasonably affordable, and you can find it in almost any grocery store.

My favorite way to enjoy this tea is in the evening after dinner and wash up is done, and my little guy had gone to bed for the evening. When I finally get a little chunk of time for myself. I pour my cup of TAZO calm chamomile tea, out on a favorite show it grab a good book and kick my feet up and relax with my tea and book. I find this very comforting and relaxing, a great way to end the day. This tea has a very nice smooth flavor, and a decent price point for the quality, taste, and experience you get from consuming it. I will definitely continue to purchase and enjoy this tea.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am a tea connoisseur. I try all the teas. That being said, I really like Tazo in general. This flavor, calm chamomile, is floral and soothing. It's a nice bedtime tea. I especially like it in the warmer weather as floral teas are cooling and the flavour profile matches the weather. I wouldn't necessarily say it makes me sleepy, but it's a nice caffine-free tea with mild calming effect and helps my muscles relax, helping me not wake up during sleep. Thumbs up all around!
