- Bring 250 mL of fresh, filtered water to boil (about 100°C)
- Pour water over the filterbag in the cup
- Sit tight for 5 minutes until steeping is done. Delicious tea is on the way.

Chamomile teas put me to sleep and thats what I look forward to with each cup of tea. This tastes great and does the job of calming me down. Definitely would buy again!

This is my absolute favourite tea! An after dinner delight and perfect for my early evening fix. The flavours are of an incredible balance which isnt too sweet and as an extra treat it is incredible with a tiny teaspoon of honey! Great to help you wind down after a long day. Would highly recommend this delicious tea!

The taste is wonderful and very mild for a bedtime cuppa - although it doesn't always put me to sleep. Tazo is a quality tea and Chamomile does not disappoint :)

I must say that the Tazo brand is very good, great taste and steeps nicely. This brand is of high quality which is why this one is more pricey than the others.

I would like to write a lengthy review of this Tea but truth be told, when I drink it my worries seem to float away, and then its time for bed. I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble relaxing or sleeping. It's like your soul is being rocked to sleep on tiny little petals of warmth and sunshine.

I've been having a hard time settling down to sleep at nights during this pandemic & I friend sent me a box. This tea does work! After a few I felt at peace. I try to drink it just as it is most times. Other times I sweeten with honey & some times add a slice of lemon to it. Adds a refreshing twist!

I first tried Tazo at a volunteer conference I went on back in collegians haven't stopped drinking them since. This is the only chamomile that makes me feel relaxed. It's been my go to for every pre-exam ritual to calm down or even during my panic attacks. I add a bit of honey and I'm good to go.

This TAZO calm chamomile herbal caffeine free tea is deliciously tasty!! It is just so smooth tasting, you can get Hints chamomile, rose petals, hibiscus, and blends of herbs. It's so soothing for my tummy and extremely relaxing. I highly recommend this product to everyone!!

Tazo is a great tea but my ultimate favourite is Chamomile. Compared to any other brand it has this incredible, unique taste I crave. It is calming, it helps me sleep, feel relaxed and even helps me on my worst and best days. Please never change this tea. I like it so much.

Tazo Calm Chamomile is a relaxing to have in the afternoon or before bed. It’s very soothing especially if I feel like I might be coming down with a cold. It’s enjoyable on it’s own or with a hint of honey added to it. This is one tea I always have on hand in my cupboard!

By far, this is the Tazo tea I drink most of all at work or in a coffee shop. This one is not just yummy but it really does have soothing and calming properties. A lot of chamomile teas are "too much" but this one is the perfect blend of "just right".

This is my preferred chamomile tea blend to drink before bed on evenings I need to calm down from a hectic day or need a good sleep the trick is to let the tea bag brew in the hot water and let it sit until it is lukewarm. Recommend! Tastes floral

Chamomile tea is one of winter evening sips. The warm comforting flavour envelopes you and make you feel relaxed. Tazo brand is very aromatic and delicious. The flavour is distinct. Very relaxing before bedtime and a comforting feeling all over.
