Finally a product without starch! This is amazing in stir fry
I enjoy this in stir-fry combined with a light soy last night. I happy to have a choice from the company that does not involve STARCH as the delivery method for ginger. When gym training and looking to control my carbs, it's now easier to consume more ginger. I have taken the time to review this because it was important to me to express my happiness with their new products.

I am very happy that Well carries this product as it is very hard to find and where I shopped they no longer carried it. I love this as I use it in teas, for cooking in a pinch, when I have a cold, sore throat and just to add a bit of flavour to water as it is so good for you. I buy it for my boys at Christmas for stocking stuffers as they also use it.

Greatest new find!
My sister recently gave me a bottle of this ginger goodness. It’s become a staple for me in lots of ways: Stomach issue, just a splash in a glass of water. Flu/cold splash in hot water with lemon juice and honey. And of course to flavour cooking.

Love the convenience!
A friend recommended this to me and I was not disappointed! So nice to just reach in the fridge and add a splash to soda water, recipes, etc. without having to use a microplane or knife to get the fresh ginger taste.

great flavour!
We use this to make kombucha, and the flavour is just right! It's not as strong as when we use actual ginger pieces, which is nice. I have gotten some other ideas for using it from some of the other reviews! Thanks!

Tastes great
Wonderful addition to cooking without the grating or chopping of fresh ginger. I never seem to have fresh ginger in hand when I need it, this solves that problem. The taste is like fresh ginger

Great Product!
I really like this ginger juice! I use it in drinks because the hunks of grated ginger are really off-putting, so this stuff has that authentic taste without the added texture.
