Wow! I'm so glad I bought this. I added it to a stirfry after I'd cooked it. I was able to give the kids their servings before adding it since they don't like ginger, then my husband and I mixed some into ours directly into our bowls and it was absolutely incredible. It added such gorgeous flavour to the dish and a couple splashes of it wasn't enough to cool the dish off so it didn't matter that we hadn't actually cooked it into the stirfry. It's really handy not to have to chop ginger when you're short on time and I especially love that there is no added sugar in this. I will always keep a bottle of this on hand in future. Highly recommend!

These are great if a person has a cold. If I feel a cold or sore throat coming on, I drink a bottle of ginger juice. It really helps to keep the cold symptoms at a minimal.

Very convenient way to get my ginger. I use it mostly in making lemonade or tea, but, I also use it in cooking; Ginger Chicken, Ginger Beef and even Baked Apples. (Along with the cinnamon of course.)
