So delicious
I have recipes that I couldn’t make anymore because there was no good substitute for tuna being a vegetarian. Then I discovered this product and I quite like it it doesn’t compare to the taste of real tuna but it’s still comes close and it gives my recipes that final touch while still holding my principles

Spot on!
I was totally blown away by this product. I tastes just like real canned tuna and I found the texture really nice, way better than most of the meat alternatives on the market which are often very dense and dry. I drained it (it is packed in oil), mixed it with some vegan mayo and had it in a wrap for a quick and satisfying lunch!

Good lunch option!
I was skeptical, but it tastes like tuna! It's not 100% perfect, but the flavour is there, and as long as you shred it up well, the texture is good too.
Perfect cheap and easy lunch option! I drained it, then used two forks to shred it up and added mayo and seasonings. So good with some veggies on a sandwich.

Great sandwich
I don’t really remember the exact taste of tuna, but I mixed it with salt, pepper, mayo. And shredded it with two forks. I toasted some Black Russian bread and it was a very tasty sandwich. It made two sandwiches, so I was very happy. It was quite delicious, so now I have another choice for lunch.

Not edible
I was excited about purchasing this "tuna" but when I opened the can I couldn't believe the amount of oil inside. There was a good 1/4 cup if not more and it was spongy. But I thought I would mix it up with dressing and some spice but all I can say is if you like eating what cat food tastes like then this would be it. It had the texture of marshmallow, only thing I can think of. Very bland and gooey. Had to throw it in the garbage. Wasteful for both food and money. Do not recommend to buy this item.

Family favourite
My entire family loves this vegan TuNaH! We've tried several brands and this is by far a family favourite.
Well.ca is an amazing site to purchase from. Offers free shipping for a low spend, ships very quickly and is always packaged well.
Couldn't be happier with this product and Well.ca

Tastes more like other fish than canned tuna
The texture is definitely not like canned tuna. It's much denser, and in clumps that are difficult to break up.
Unfortunately, the taste wasn't great either. It has a definite taste of fish, but maybe more of sardines or something else that's fisher than canned tuna. Also too salty for my taste.

Odd but very edible
First time trying it and undecided about buying it again. After mixing it up with mayo, diced celery & onion, and black pepper, it made a decent sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with a little whole grain mustard spread on.
There is an immediate fishiness when opening the can. The taste is less fishy I guess but hard to put my finger on what the exact flavours are. It's weird, but not necessarily gross. It's also firm and hard to break apart. It's also very salty - you will not need to add any.
There is a ton of oil in the can and just enough of the actual Tunah to make two small/medium sized sandwiches. Fine for the price I guess.
If you're trying to convert to a vegan/vegetarian diet and enjoy the flavour of canned tuna, don't expect Tunah to be a great replacement.
If you've been a vegan/vegetarian for many years (like me) this is very comparable in taste and quality to a lot of the plant-based products out there today. Which is to say it's fine, but nothing spectacular.
