Urban Slicer Outdoor Grilling Pizza Dough Mix. Fire up your grill because this dough is designed to cook directly on the grates. Makes 2- 14" crusts.
1. In a large bowl add entire packet of dough mix and exactly ONE CUP (236g) warm water 2. Mix well until dough is smooth and elastic. (10 minutes kneading by hand -or- 8 minutes with stand mixer and dough hook) 3. Form into 2 identical sized balls and let rise in covered bowl for 2-4 hours at room temperature. 4. ROLL (on floured surface) dough into two 13'-14' circles. 5. Slide pizza dough directly on hot grill grates. Cook until top is bubbling. Rotate as needed/ 6. Remove from grill, flip crust over and add toppings to grill side. Place back on grates and continue cooking until melty and bubbly.
