LOW QUALITY
After just a few weeks of using this, the brush head broke completely off the handle. I use it now with my hands directly on the bristles, which is a lot harder. The bristles are also pretty rough, much rougher than dry brushes you can buy from Winners (for half the price), or your aesthetician. I would not recommend.

Bristles falls apart a bit
I am happy though a little disappointed by the product. Happy to know its all natural and made from compostable/recyclable materials. The brush does come in a plastic sleeve though. The first time I started using it the bristles started to fall apart a bit. I thought it was because it was the first time I was using it and some of the bristles weren't as solidly attached. However, I've been using it frequently and little bristles still do fall out every now and then.

Broke after 3 days of use
I received the product and used it 3-4 times, in the correct fashion and the metal that connects the brush to the handle twisted off and broke. Just snapped right off! It's too bad because I saw the benefits of dry brushing pretty much right away but I'll be ordering a different product.

Broke after 2 uses
I was looking to get an exfoliating brush to help prevent ingrown hairs around the bikini line from waxing. This seemed like it would work - the bristles were not too firm. Unfortunately the metal bit that attaches the brushes to the wooden handle snapped off after two uses. This is unfortunately not well made and I would look for a more durable option.

Broke after three uses
I bought this to use for all over body exfoliation. Unfortunately the head snapped off the handle after three uses. I’m disappointed and probably will not buy again.
