Best melatonin I’ve tried
I rely on this melatonin to sleep every night. It works fast thanks to it being sublingual. The price is great and it helps me have a restful sleep every night. I just have to be careful not to take it too late if I’m waking up earlier than usual, it can make you feel groggy.

Take 2 a night, as recommended by my naturopath for my condition. Absolutely no adverse effects and sublingual mean less pill swallowing for me.

Helpful product
This was my first experience with melatonin. It's a little gross to dissolve it under the tongue but my husband and myself have both found it helpful in falling asleep quickly. It's also a very large bottle with very few pills but they're effective.
