Amazing!
My absolute favourite saurkraut of all time. And this is actual saurkraut, as in fermented cabbage. Most commercial kinds sold in the grocery store is pickled cabbage full of wine, or vinegar. Both of which prevent the growth of a the good bacteria that makes saurkraut so healthy for us.

tasty but is pasteurized as per their website. ( also most commercial brands) So NO good bacteria. still tastes good
