Mederi EZ Birth is a homeopathic remedy used as a supportive agent in normal childbirth. EZ Birth is to be taken under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner to help reduce the severity of pain associated with childbirth/labour.
For decades, midwives have been recommending a regimen of Actea racemosa, Arnica montana, Caulophyllum thalictroides, Gelsemium sempervirens, and Pulsatilla in a 5C potency to be taken daily within the last month of pregnancy to help prepare the body to give birth. This remedy has been studied extensively, including a 1987 double-blind placebo study by Doctors Pierre Dorfman, Marie Noel Lasserre, and Max Tetau.
Now Mederi has simplified the process, combining these five remedies into a single pill that's easy to take.
Directions of use:
Pregnant Women - Beginning in the 37th week of pregnancy, chew one tablet three times a day 20 minutes away from food or drink.

Easier birth for sure
I purchased this product upon the recommendation of my doula and I believe it definitely helped preparing my body for a smooth home birth.
I used it for my second child and my labor was a "breeze" compared to my first. Early labor was easy and active labor was short (about 2h only)!
I believe this homeopathic works along with other natural protocols like red raspberry leaf tea, eating dates and so on.
I will do use it again for future pregnancies for sure!
