Headache and muscle ache relief

I am prone to muscle and headaches so I often use ice packs for relief. I enjoyed that this compress stays maliable right out of the freezer to wrap around my neck or muscles.
When heated I did find that the material did leave my skin a little sweaty against the plastic. Not a fan for that part, I prefer heating pads for that.
I think i would purchase another one of these compresses in the future, maybe in different sizes for the different areas I'd use it in.

Hot or cold, soft
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like that the compress can be used hot or cold. It's still malleable when frozen. But it does thaw quickly when at room temperature. Helped my mum a lot with pain in her foot.
I received the small size and large size which is great.

Obusforme ice packs
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love these ice packs. I have many sore joints, mainly my knee and these work very well. I love that they are soft and flexible still once frozen. Which is great for wrapping around a body part. They can also be heated.

Nice and big!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The XL is a great size for sore traps, with great coverage and good weight. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the edges are sharp and ripped the tea towel I wrapped it in (before taking this pic!).
