This is definitely my favourite soup girl flavour I've tried thus far. I added frozen veggies when it was ready and cooked it in a crockpot as per her directions on her website. It's a great quick meal. It definitely doesn't taste as good as authentic Caribbean food and you can definitely tell it's made from a dry mix but it's good for a pinch. Too spicy for young children though, but not too spicy for adults. Moderately spicy, not "hot". Would recommend trying especially this flavour! Will order again.

These are amazing!! You seriously just add water, boil, simmer, set a timer and walk away. I have a family of 5, and everyone loves these soups, they are perfectly spiced. I have tried dried soups before and was always disappointed.
I love that the jars are reusable, or recyclable.

Love, love this soup! We always add coconut milk before serving, and often throw in some sweet potato cubes as well. Prepared this way, my 6 year old likes it too. Glad to find this on Well!!

Pleasantly surprised
I ordered a couple of these soups to try for quick weeknight dinners but my expectations weren't high. I was so impressed not only with the quanity but the amount of flavour this had. It was very filling, but you could definitely add protein if you needed a bit more. We'll definitely be ordering more soon!
