Powders are useful in treating infections that cover large areas of the body and can be used daily to help prevent infection and absorb moisture. Sprinkle powder on feet after bathing and reapply one to two times every day to help prevent recurrence.

Since I started swimming a few years ago, I have developed a problem with mild athlete's foot. I like that this product is a powder instead of a cream, as my Doctor told me that moisture encourages mould growth. It keeps my feet dry, especially in-between the two smallest toes on one foot, where it seems to start. With continued use, it prevents the problem from coming back. I've noticed that I don't necessarily need to use it all year long, but it's helpful to have a bottle at home and a bottle at the gym to apply after showering. I gave it 4 stars because I find that powder is hard to apply precisely and can get a bit messy, even though it works great and I far prefer powder to cream!

I find this product excellent, I have constant recurring athlete's foot since my teenage years.. My feet sweat a lot I use antiperspirant spray which helps.. but still need anti-fungals to keep my feet from breaking out.. I use Flexitol especially between my toes, and I use this anti-fugal powder Tinactin in my socks, sneakers and boots.. This double combination, changing my socks 5 times a day, wearing white socks that I bleach and a separate towel to dry my feet, that I also bleach.. and keeping feet as dry as possible, have all helped heal and control athlete's foot.
