Bob's Red Mill is a brand I've trusted for a very long time.
You know you're getting the best choiceand product out there with Bob's Red Mill. I've used millet for years added to baking, cereal etc. Lovely grain. My daughter was born in 1977. She was allergic to milk, wheat and eggs. Back then food allergies were almost unheard of. We hobbled along, (trust me it was hard to find food she could eat then) and I'd spend an entire day driving to a lot of stores to find acceptable food for her. Bob's Red Mill, when it became widely available, was my go to brand, and has been ever since. Our daughter outgrew her allergies but it was difficult for a long time.

Great purchase from Well.ca and Bob's red Mill
As my experiment of adding more grains and flour types to my bread making I have chosen millet this time, it produced a wonderful crunch to my bread. thank you Well.ca for offering such great products!
