Quite good pumpkin seeds. Not the best ones I have had, but in the top three.

Great for adding to yoghurt, trail mix, salads, rice (after the rice is cooked, just before serving), smoothies, baking, etc... .

Please note that, the ingredients on the package I have say, "MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS, SOY, OR SESAME." Hopefully, will make available some all natural pumpkin sees, without a nut warning on the package.

I love pumpkin seeds, especially when added to a variety of raw nuts.

I too am VERY disappointed to think that these may be coming from China - we do have pumpkins in Canada. Origins aside, I was disappointed in the product. They tasted "old" and not at all crispy and fresh, as I expected. However - the chipmunk who ended up being the recipient, didn't mind them. He thought he found a real treasure. I will not order them again. And quite frankly - if I do order food or supplements and find them to be from China, they will be returned.
