I used to have a magic bag and it disappeared. I was pleasantly surprised to find one at Well.ca. it certainly helps my very sore shoulder and neck and when I feel chilly I use it to warm up. It is a wonderful addition to my list of needs.

This is my second magic bag and I recommend this line of product as it is so easy to use. Unlike hot water bag, which is dangerous if the bag leaks, and requires boiling hot water each time; this bag can be heat up in microwave and is very easy to use.
I used this to warm up my baby girl’s bed in cold winter nights before she goes to bed, and it works wonders. I highly recommend this product.

This product is exactly perfect for heating or cooling to use on sore muscles and tender body injuries. It is also great just as it is at room temperature to place behind your head while at rest especially for neck problems it is very helpful. I had one for years and just thought I would purchase a new one....but very happy with this item.

Great product but when we removed the tag the sewing broke too thus opening the bag with beans at risk of falling out. Post seamstress fix it job it's fantastic but they should really improve the label rip off system to be like that of a pillow so it doesn't open fully

This is a great product. I used it while recovering from a knee replacement. First, I pop it in the microwave to warm up my knee before exercise and then take another one out of the freezer to cool it down after exercise, helping to prevent swelling.

I love this Magic Bag! I grew up with one and wanted to buy one for myself to have in my own house, and now I do! It works great for soothing occasional aches and pains. I have a feeling this will last for a long time in my household :)

I had used it once after sleeping on a bad pillow and it was very helpful to support my neck while sleeping the next night. So I ordered the Magic Bag for the purpose of occasional support when sleeping. This was a mistake! I did not realize that the Magic Bag was not intended for sleeping on. The second time I used it while sleeping, I actually woke up with a sore neck and a bad headache. Please do not sleep on this!

I have used this Extended magic bag for years. Best design of any & ONLY heating pad that works to this degree. I use it for lower back pain, shoulder tension (do NOT like the shoulder magic pad - too heavy). I use it EVERY evening when sitting - heat lasts long enough & i re-heat when i get up for tea or bathrooms breaks. One of my top 5 items i depend on for my well being.
